English CLASSES

Canadian Teen Club

Join our Canadian Teen Club (CTC) where they can practice their conversation skills and have fun with local Canadian high school students. This is a great way for students to meet Canadians, learn about Canadian culture and have fun developing their English skills.

SGIC classes focus on teaching fundamental skills (grammar, writing, reading, speaking and listening, in an integrated way. Teachers use a communicative style of instruction to make learning more relevant and rewarding.

Classes focus on having students practice speaking in pars and groups to develop speaking and listening skills.

On the first day of school, students will take a written and verbal English language placement test. Afterwards, students will be placed into the  corresponding level. We take extra care to mix student nationalities when placing students' into classes as we know a mixed native language class encourages students to speak English more often and improve quicker.
