SGIC Tuition and Fees 2026: Summary

St. George International College (SGIC) is an English language school in downtown Toronto and downtown Vancouver, open since 1994. The same tuition applies at both campuses. All prices are in Canadian dollars.

 

General English (ESL), price per week

Intensive, 17.5 hours per week (30 lessons): CA$315 for 1-3 weeks, CA$305 for 4-11 weeks, CA$295 for 12-15 weeks, CA$285 for 16-23 weeks, CA$275 for 24-31 weeks, CA$265 for 32 weeks or more.

Full Time Intensive, 25 hours per week (40 lessons): CA$415, CA$405, CA$395, CA$385, CA$375 and CA$365 for the same course lengths.

X-Intensive, 25 hours per week (40 lessons) plus a 1:1 tutor: CA$520, CA$510, CA$500, CA$490, CA$480 and CA$470.

Materials are CA$60 per 4 weeks (X-Intensive CA$70). The registration fee is CA$250.

 

Pathway programs, 25 hours per week

Pre-Pathway Program (PPP): CA$1,875 for 4 weeks, CA$3,700 for 8 weeks. Materials CA$100 per 8 weeks.

University and College Pathway Program (UCPP): CA$1,950 for 4 weeks, CA$3,800 for 8 weeks, CA$5,450 for 12 weeks. Materials CA$250 per 12 weeks. UCPP is also available online. Students who complete UCPP can enter SGIC partner universities and colleges in Canada without an IELTS or TOEFL score.

 

Special programs, 25 hours per week

Speaking for Success (SSP), English for Medicine (EFM), Business English (BEDP), English for Professionals (EFP), IELTS Test Preparation (Intermediate in Toronto only, Advanced at both campuses) and TOEFL iBT Test Preparation: CA$1,875 for 4 weeks, CA$3,700 for 8 weeks. TYCP (English for Children) and TESOL (English for Adults): CA$1,875 for 4 weeks. Materials are CA$100, or CA$150 for EFP.

 

Other fees

Health insurance CA$3.50 per day. Custodian letter for minors CA$200. Wire transfer fee CA$25 receiving, CA$45-CA$100 sending. Additional certificate CA$50. Additional transcript CA$10. Course change from ESL to Diploma CA$400.
